Carolyn continues her career with Candlelighters as a remote employee, based in West Virginia, after relocating with her husband and two daughters. Since joining Candlelighters in 2017, Carolyn has supported and led community engagement, donor development, events, fundraising initiatives, and marketing for the organization. She serves as an integral part of our Executive Staff and assists in making a positive impact on families in our community battling pediatric cancer. Carolyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and worked for the Melbourne Regional Chamber before joining Candlelighters. Carolyn is passionate about growing our organization to serve each family battling childhood cancer because she has witnessed the struggles and burdens this diagnosis brings to children and their families.
